King of the BBQ/Ultimate Tye Dye Dad
While you won't see the Silver Fox on tie-dying tools... you will catch him making a stunning bacon and egg roll for all our team. He is also on the board because he has an ok CV and might have a few things to offer.
Bang Bang - Fashion designer during the day and tie dye creative director during the night, Ben brings his creative flare and fashion brillance back to tie dye again in 2020!
Maddi is the fly high, do or die, dare to dream, (tie dye project) cheerleader extreme! This girl is 100% committed to everything rainbow and tie dye.
Ben was our 2019 MVP and the Guinness World Record Holder for the most amount of twisting over a 3 day period. His commitment to twisting and positive energy was unmatched! Fingers crossed the Australian Government give him a visa to let him stay a few more months because we will be lost without him.
Head of Spirituality
Kaka brings a beautiful free-spirited energy and creative flare that is perfectly suited to the act of tie dying! She is a life member of the project and we are so lucky she has stuck around. Keep an eye on her though... she is notorious for mixing colours that make brown.
Chief Stickeronerer & Head of Transport
Kathy Parmenter, is not only the coolest Grandma there is, she is also a whizz at sticking stickers on brown paper bags. Her commitment to the project is inspiring... last year (at the age of 85) she caught the bus from North Sydney to Coogee and climbed 800m up the Brooke Street Hill just to help Amy and the team stick and fold. She is a legend and there is nothing is amazing woman can't do!
Poolman... more like Chairwoman! Sam is so important to the project! Without her wise words of advice and many many connections we would get nowhere! She brings smarts and experience and we would be so lost without her brilliant ideas!
Director of Quality Control
Rosie is a life member of the project. Back in 2018 she sewed more than 100 tote bags for the project! He crafty skills and useful eye for efficiency are invaluable to us! Excited to see what Rosie can do in 2020! Her talents are limitless.
Director of Sales
There is absolutely nothing Dan cannot do... she has taken on every challenge we have thrown at her and exceeded our expectations. She was also the 2017/2018/2019 winner for selling the most Tie Dye items. Last year she sold more than 50! An unbelievable talent to have working for us at the project and we plan to use and abuse her even more in 2020!
Conor is one of our hardest workers! He was a big part of 2020's great success in making 1000 t-shirts! We could not have done it without him! We worked him into the ground and he still had the biggest smile on his face!

Tie Dying is dangerous business but you can't help but feel safe when Sarah Nicoll is around. Without her amazing work ethic and attention to detail we wouldn't have sold half the amount of products that we have. In classic Nicoll style, she is an absolute superstar, a life member, and she will go down in Tie Dye Project history.
Chief Technical Officer
Not only is Rach a life member, but she also leads the technology and engineering department at the Tie Dye Project. She uses technology to enhance our products and services in ways we could only dream about! This girl is more than just a pretty face and her clever ideas are going to take over the world one day so we are very lucky she gives up some of her limited free time to us!
Mads is our social media queen! She knows how to get the attention of the masses and whip up amazing videos that will bring tears to your eyes! Her creative flare and whit makes her an unstoppable and irreplaceable asset to your team!
Canberra Covid Minister and Director of Fitness
The only reason we are fit enough to rinse twist and dye for days on end is because Grace has been physically preparing us for weeks! She is our energizer bunny and the ultimate work horse.

Mele was headhunted for the Project straight from Epsom Girls' Grammar School in Auckland. Her talent for Tie Dying was identified early and over the last few years her potential has come to fruition. We can't wait to see what awe inspiring heights she reaches in 2020.

You often only get to see the tip of the iceberg with our GG. Whenever we need a hand with any job no matter how hard it is or how busy she might be, she always comes through with a smile on her face and a CAN DO attitude. She is a chiller and a killer not just on the dance floor.
